Every year I seem to make resolutions, but they never stick. That is on me! I have all sorts of excuses as to why I failed, but no need to dwell on the past. I have decided to try something new this year. I am going public with them!
So here they are:
- Read 12 books
- Run 500 miles
- Lose 30 pounds
- Send one hand written letter to a family member each month.
I want to read more for personal development. I want to run more to become fit. I want to lose 30 pounds to become healthier for my wife and son. Lastly, I want to let those closest to me know how much they mean to me.
